Find the space in which you are to teach the class and download Alice on all the computers,
make sure everything is set up the way you need to according to the Preparation (3.1 in lesson
plan) section. Walk quickly through the lesson plan, making sure to note where your journal
entries show up and imagine how to effectively work through the course. It is also
recommended that you test displaying anything the students need to see on the projector as
you work through this. Think through the following questions:
- Where should students be during the reading and discussion section of Class period one?
- Will students be distracted by their computer during the beginning section? (A solution may be setting up the computers only once the students engage with them)
- Is there room near the computers for students to work on their worksheets?
- Can everyone see the projector from their seats?
